Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping, within the contiguous United States, on any purchases over $99.00. If you choose an expedited shipping time frame, the shipping charge is based on the service, distance shipped, destination, weight and the dimensions of the package. Please take into consideration that orders are only shipped Monday-Friday. Orders delivered to other countries are shipped with standard service for a fee of $2.99.

Warranty:

At ovpen, we stand behind everything that we sell. We personally select all of the products we carry and meet with our manufacturers and representatives on a regular basis. If you have any warranty issues with a product you purchase from us, we will help work with the manufacturer to take care of the problem.

Orders are processed through ovpen.com on the conditions that you accept all of the following:

We process orders Monday- Friday, excluding Holidays. We strive to ship out all orders within one to two business day. When your order is shipped, you will receive an automated shipping notification to your email. If you notice that your order information is incorrect, and you need to cancel, please contact our Customer Service team at services@ovpen.com at your earliest convenience. Due to the automated nature of our system, once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel the order, but will be happy to facilitate the return. If your order is placed on a weekend, your order will generally ship on the following Monday. When you place an order on a holiday, please allow 48 hours for shipment. Payment:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover charge cards, and Amazon Payments for payment of purchases made on ovpen.com. When an order is placed, your credit card will be pre-authorized with your credit or debit card issuer. This pre-authorization may affect the amount of available credit on your credit or debit card. We submit the final charge to your credit or debit card at the time of shipping.
