Returns:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Please make it a priority to contact our customer service (services@ovpen.com ) so that we can return your item for a refund at the first opportunity.
If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines.
1. Items must be in new condition to be returned. New condition means that the item is in the same condition as displayed in our sales section with the original manufacturer's tag attached. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns of "gently" tried and used items.
2. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. All footwear must be in the original box and in new condition. Please do not use shoe boxes as shipping boxes as this may result in us not accepting the return.
Returns to may take 2-3 days to process, but may be longer during peak season. (Note: As of April 27, 2020, returns may take up to 7-14 days to process due to the current pandemic.)
5. All refunds are made to the credit card, Paypal or Amazon Payments account used for the original purchase.
6. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.
7. We must be able to verify proof of original purchase. If possible, please use the return form that came with your package. Provide your name and order number on any returned items.
8. When you return an item, we strongly recommend that you use the tracking number and insure the shipment. Any returned items are your responsibility until we receive them and ensure they comply with our return policy as described above.
For non-inventory items
· The above return terms are accepted by default with the purchase of our products
We do not accept returns of non-stock items. If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement or return of the affected item.
*Non-inventory items are products that are not in our warehouse at the time of order. If the item is sold on ovpen.com, it is currently stored in our warehouse.
If you would like to exchange an item.
· Place a new online order for the item you are interested in.
· Return the original item as described above.

Please include the following:
- A copy of your packing slip indicating the following:
- Name
- Order Number
- Email/Phone Number
- Item sku/upc and quantity
