Are we the biggest 3PL service available? No, and we don't want to be! Our passion is with our retail business and, in the process of growing that business, we built a powerful warehouse management system. We dedicated staff, resources, finances, and years of our time to ensure that our facilities, systems, and processes allowed us to be as efficient as possible.
So why did we start offering 3PL services? The answer is pretty simple: cost sharing. You need the warehouse space and shipping resources, and we have them. Once our space is full, that's it! We will never overextend our capabilities at the expense of our quality control, personalized customer service, and streamlined processes.
